3D print in hundreds of materials

PolyJet technology 3D prints in the widest variety of materials, so you can create ergonomic tooling, biocompatible surgical guides or realistic prototypes that closely resemble finished products. Models are precisely printed in layers as fine as 16 microns for smooth surfaces and complex geometries. Material properties range from rubber to rigid, transparent to opaque, neutral to vibrantly colored and standard to biocompatible.

PolyJet 3D Printers give you and amazing range of material options, and can even let you combine several materials in one 3D printed model. Digital Materials expand the possibilities by blending two or three base resins to create nearly 1,000 composite materials with specific, predictable properties. Achieve a range of hues, translucencies, Shore A values and other properties to give your most imaginative prototypes exceptional end-product realism.

Specialty materials for medical and dental applications provide the same fine detail and accuracy, plus specialized properties like biocompatibility.

Dual material jetting produces up to 14 material properties in one print job while our most advanced PolyJet system jets three materials to multiply your options. Digital Materials empower you to bring your designs to life and create accurate prototypes faster than ever before.


Digital ABS Material

Simulate high-strength and temperature-resistant plastics

Available on Connex, Connex2 and Connex3 can produce photopolymers that simulate a range of durable production plastics. Digital ABS and Digital ABS2 materials create realistic, precise tools and prototypes that are also tough and heat resistant.


High Temperature

Combine thermal functionality with dimensional stability

High Temperature heat-resistant material simulates the thermal performance of standard plastics and is ideal for thermal testing of static parts. The High Temperature PolyJet photopolymer can be combined with Rubber-like material to create a versatile range of materials with adjustable properties.


Transparent

3D print clear and tinted prototypes

With a combination of clarity, dimensional stability and surface smoothness, Transparent PolyJet photopolymer lets you prototype clear and tinted products from eyewear and light covers to medical devices. With Connex3 systems, you can blend clear and color materials for stained-glass-like brilliance.


Rigid Opaque

3D print in brilliant color

Combining dimensional stability and fine detail, Rigid Opaque materials simulate the appearance of production parts, and are even suitable for rapid tooling. And with Connex3 systems, Rigid Opaque materials come in brilliant colors, from jet black to sunny yellow to shocking magenta, along with hundreds of blended hues.


Simulated Polypropylene

3D print smooth, tough snap-fit parts

Simulated Polypropylene material is tough, flexible and durable. It enables you to 3D print precision prototypes that look and behave like polypropylene. Rapidly create models to test form, fit and function for snap-fit assemblies, living hinges and durable housings and packaging.


Rubber-Like

3D print flexible materials with hundreds of colors

With Rubber-Like PolyJet photopolymers, you can simulate rubber with different levels of hardness, elongation and tear resistance. Gray, black, white and translucent, Rubber-Like material enables you to simulate a very wide variety of finished products, from soft-grip handles to footwear. With Connex3 systems, you can add color to the mix for exceptional final-product realism.

Bio-Compatible

3D print for medical and dental applications

With the Bio-compatible material, you can rapidly prototype medical and dental products including dental delivery trays, surgical orthopedic guides and hearing aids. The medical rapid prototyping materials offer excellent visualization and great dimensional stability.
