Support Center

We would like to make it as easy as possible for our customers to receive technical support and answers to their questions in a timely manner. Email is an excellent alternative method with which to pose your tech support questions, especially when the question requires file exchanges.

We will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible on a first come first serve basis. Support is available for all of our customers, whether they are installing a new software license or need an answer for technical applications. Our customers with support contracts will always receive priority status.

We can accept technical support questions at support@cadimensions.com or the old fashioned way at 315-434-9787. Somebody is always available to answer your call during regular business hours. Our office and technical support hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday EST.

In general, annual telephone support contracts depend on the number of software licenses your company uses. A license or seat of software is related to the application specific software installed on a given computer.
