Length: 5 days
Prerequisite: Mechanical design experience and experience with the Windows operating system.
Course Description: SOLIDWORKS Essentials teaches you how to use the SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of those parts and assemblies.


SOLIDWORKS Skills Development
Length: 2 days
Prerequisite: SOLIDWORKS Essentials
Course Description: Enhance your skills with this SOLIDWORKS basics update. We will be reviewing what has changed in the software since you last sat down with us! Pick up tips you may have forgotten, learn new tools from most recent releases to make you more productive, and tips and tricks to master the interface. SOLIDWORKS Essentials is a prerequisite to taking this course. This course is a review of the content covered in SOLIDWORKS Essentials, for users who were trained on a previous release of SOLIDWORKS.


SOLIDWORKS Drawings
Length: 1 day
Prerequisite: SOLIDWORKS Essentials
Course Description: SOLIDWORKS Drawings teaches you how to make drawings of SOLIDWORKS parts and assemblies. This course is designed for users working in drawings, and does not cover 3D model making.


Assembly Modeling
Length: 2 days
Prerequisite: SOLIDWORKS Essentials
Course Description: Assembly Modeling teaches you how to maximize your use of the assembly modeling capabilities of SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software.


Sheet Metal
Length: 2 days
Prerequisite: SOLIDWORKS Essentials
Course Description: Sheet Metal teaches you how to build sheet metal parts in SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software. Building standalone sheet metal parts, and converting conventional parts to sheet metal, including in assembly context, are covered.


SOLIDWORKS Educational Edition for Instructors
Length: 3 days
Prerequisite: Mechanical design experience and experience with the Windows operating system.
Course Description: SOLIDWORKS Educational Edition for Instructors teaches you what software modules are included in the SOLIDWORKS Education Edition, where and how to access Instructor Resources and Curriculum, Become familiar with the SOLIDWORKS User Interface, Become familiar with Option Settings and Creating Templates, Review Sketching Topics and Customizing Toolbars, Discuss some of the regular student questions regarding Design Intent, Learn some Basic Model Troubleshooting, and Introduction to CSWA - Academic Exam.
