Additive Account Manager- SAF Specialist

SUMMARY:

This is a remote, full-time position. Reporting to the Additive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, progressing and selling 3D Printers and post processing equipment specifically focused on Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing technology.

The SAF Product Sales Rep is the SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing technology leader, supporting the existing sales team, creating content, setting events, working with marketing on SAF campaign execution, targeting accounts, being a thought leader, influencer, and work deals closely and directly with vendor resources. They are a bridge to the Stratasys SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing Commercial Team working directly with Stratasys strategically to grow the SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing technology.

Our normal hours of service are 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO:

Be a thorough, detail oriented, quick-on-their-feet, outside-of-the-box thinker who will act as the customer’s partner

Obtain relevant certifications in the Additive Manufacturing portfolio of products

Serves as primary business champion for SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing technology

Evaluated on the growth of the SAF business (printers, post-processing, materials, service contracts)

Scale adoption of SAF manufacturing technology, working closely with the Stratasys SAF commercial team, marketing, and application engineering.

Working opportunities directly with the vendor resources and CADimensions application engineer.  

Leads the SAF product by ensuring sales, application engineering & marketing readiness, leading & supporting customer engagements, ensuring white-glove install/post-experience, and knowledge transfer

Partners with the teams cross-functionally to ensure proper execution of SAF marketing campaigns, sales, and AE enablement initiatives

Participates in marketing initiatives, including trade shows

Responsible for tracking and forecasting SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing technology

Represents the company externally together with customers and events in advancing position in the market with SAF™ | Powder Bed Fusion Additive Manufacturing

Development of long-term, sustainable relationships with key SAF customers and prospects

Understanding of Microsoft Windows, CRM and basic computer functionality

Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills

3+ years of direct experience in customer program management, outside sales, business development, and/or go-to-market strategies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related time in the field.

3+ years of previous work/sales experience with Manufacturing Technology

Experience with powder-bed fusion related manufacturing technology
