CAD Services Specialist

SUMMARY: This is a remote, full-time position. Reporting to the Services Manager, who is responsible for training our customers in the SOLIDWORKS software products, as well as providing design services of various types. They are also responsible for creating and delivering promotional and marketing content for the products and services they provide. They are expected to display the ability and willingness to collaborate across all departments. Our normal hours of service are 8:00am to 5:00pm EST


  • Be prepared to teach customers SOLIDWORKS branded training
  • Be prepared to teach custom training classes
  • Be responsible for creation and delivery of services projects
  • Be pro-active in learning skills to be able to take on more project types
  • Prepare and deliver technical marketing content
  • Participate in regular Services Team Strategy sessions
  • Manage and achieve their individual and team kpi’s
