This may look like material that is still linked to the spool waiting to be removed, or like a small strand of material left behind after a break while unloading. These steps will guide you on the easiest path to removing the material to see if the head can be reloaded without issue and the printer returned to full operation. If the material cannot be removed after following these steps, then you may have an impacted head that needs to be replaced. Please feel free to contact our support staff to see if the head in question can be replaced under warranty.
