Tritone Metal 3D Printers

DIM System
The DIM System is Tritone’s compact industrial metal additive manufacturing solution, built for R&D, material qualification, and small to medium batch production. It runs 4 simultaneous and independent build trays with a total build volume of 10,000 cc and each tray measuring 220 x 120 x 90 mm. Adjustable layer thickness ranges from 25 to 150 microns. It supports both metal alloys and ceramics using standard MIM powders, with a 30-minute material changeover. The powder-free, paste-based process means hands-free post-processing and low energy consumption in a standard industrial environment.

Dominant System
The Dominant System is Tritone’s high-volume industrial metal additive manufacturing platform. Designed for serial production, it runs 6 simultaneous and independent build trays with a total build volume of 70,000 cc and each tray measuring 400 x 240 x 120 mm. The machine delivers part density greater than 99%, real-time AI analysis with auto-correction, and handles part sizes ranging from 0.2mm up to 350mm. Like the DIM System, it runs on a powder-free, paste-based feedstock supporting metal alloys and ceramics, with the same 30-minute material changeover. Built for the thousandth part to be identical to the first.

Frequently asked questions
What types of hardware does CADimensions offer?
CADimensions offers industrial 3D printers, additive manufacturing systems, post-processing equipment, laser cutting and engraving systems, and related materials.
You can explore hardware for prototyping, testing, production, medical modeling, large-format printing, metal parts, composite parts, resin parts, and finished end-use components.
How do I know which 3D printer is right for my team?
The right 3D printer depends on your part size, material needs, accuracy requirements, production volume, and budget.
For example, FDM is often a good fit for durable prototypes, fixtures, and manufacturing tools. PolyJet works well when you need color, detail, or multi-material models. SLA and DLP are strong options for smooth finishes and fine features. SLS and SAF are better suited for functional parts and higher-volume production.
Does CADimensions sell both Stratasys and Formlabs printers?
Yes. CADimensions offers hardware from leading additive manufacturing brands, including Stratasys and Formlabs.
That gives your team more flexibility. You can compare options across FDM, PolyJet, SLA, SLS, resin, and production-grade systems instead of forcing one technology into every application.
Can CADimensions help with metal 3D printing?
Yes. CADimensions offers Tritone metal 3D printing systems for industrial applications.
You can use metal additive manufacturing for R&D, material qualification, batch production, and serial production. It is a strong fit when your team needs dense metal parts, repeatable builds, and a production-focused workflow.
Does CADimensions offer post-processing equipment?
Yes. CADimensions offers DyeMansion post-processing systems for cleaning, surfacing, and coloring 3D printed parts.
Post-processing matters because the print is not always the final part. You may need to clean powder, smooth surfaces, seal parts, or add color before a part is ready for testing, customer use, or production.
Does CADimensions sell laser cutting and engraving systems?
Yes. CADimensions offers Trotec laser cutting and engraving systems.
These systems are useful for teams that need fast cutting, engraving, marking, or material processing. You can use them for prototyping, production support, signage, product customization, and shop-floor applications.
What support does CADimensions provide after a hardware purchase?
CADimensions provides product support to help your team get started and keep the equipment running.
You can work with CADimensions on setup, training, material selection, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The goal is to help your team use the hardware correctly, not just buy a machine.
Can CADimensions help if I am not sure where to start?
Yes. CADimensions offers hardware consultations for teams that need help choosing the right equipment.
You can review your current workflow, part requirements, budget, and production goals with a 3D printing or scanning specialist. From there, CADimensions can recommend hardware that fits the work you actually need to do.
What industries can use CADimensions hardware?
CADimensions hardware can support engineering, manufacturing, product development, medical modeling, education, design, and production teams.
The best fit depends on the application. Some teams need fast prototypes. Others need jigs, fixtures, tooling, anatomical models, large-format parts, metal components, or finished production parts. CADimensions can help match the hardware to the job.
