How To Run A “Force Unload” Operation On The F123 Series Of Stratasys 3D Printers

This video illustrates the steps to take when running a “Force Unload” operation on the F123 series of Stratasys printers.

This operation is typically the first step in diagnosing a load failure. Load failures that consist of material time-outs or material bays not attempting to load at all are typically fixed by this process. If they are not, then the next steps are to check for material broken in the filament tubes, checking to see if the material bays are malfunctioning or if the extrusion head is failing to detect the material when loading.
