CADimensions is seeking a technically skilled and creative 3D Printing Application Engineer to support our 3D Printing Product team and 3D Printing Services division. This role combines customer engagement, internal support, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Customer-Facing Application Support (50%)
- Support our 3D Printing Sales Team with application-specific expertise.
- Participate in customer meetings, calls, and site visits to deliver technical support.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating technical blogs, videos, and participating in webinars.
- Represent CADimensions at trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
3D Printing Services & Benchmark Processing (30%)
- Process and manage print jobs for 3D Printing Services and benchmark parts.
- Ensure quality and turnaround expectations are met for customer prints.
Training & Internal Enablement (20%)
- Develop and lead internal training sessions for technical staff and sales.
- Create technical tools and resources for the sales team.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and Stratasys product changes.

ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is required
- A passion for 3D printing, engineering, and manufacturing
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Willingness to travel up to 20-40%
- Team player with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with Stratasys 3D Printers & Software
- Engineering & Manufacturing experience
- Understanding and ability to use CAD software preferably SOLIDWORKS
- Experience utilizing 3D Scanners and Geomagic software
