We are currently looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our sales team. A successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong process-oriented skills, great organizational skills, thorough follow-up practices, have service-type solution sales experience and a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding quotas & goals.  Job requirements include calling on new customers and growing relationships with existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

  1. Initiate sales activities to stimulate, encourage and develop account relationships with potential customers 
  2. Strong focus on services, consulting and implementation sales
  3. Prospect and develop new accounts while expanding sales with existing customers 
  4. Achieve assigned revenue and GP targets  
  5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual targets and activity goals 
  6. Work with Application Engineers and Technical Solution Specialists to assist customers and potential customers 
  7. Utilize CADimensions and vendor employees for technical demonstrations and information 
  8. Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS 

  1. Experience following a defined Sales Process
  2. Ability to adapt to different processes
  3. Experience with services/consulting sales
  4. Experience with uncovering and understanding business issues, then relating them to products/solutions
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills required (English)
  6. Strong organizational/time management skills
  7. Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills
  8. Strong problem solving skills
  9. Strong computer skills with experience with Outlook, Teams, etc. (preferred but not required)
  10. Ability to function independently in a team environment
  11. Experience with CRM (preferred but not required)
  12. Must have a valid driver’s license as travel is sometimes required, including overnight stays

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  1. Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 
  2. 1 – 2 years minimum work experience in a field sales capacity
