DIM System
The DIM System is Tritone’s compact industrial metal additive manufacturing solution, built for R&D, material qualification, and small to medium batch production. It runs 4 simultaneous and independent build trays with a total build volume of 10,000 cc and each tray measuring 220 x 120 x 90 mm. Adjustable layer thickness ranges from 25 to 150 microns. It supports both metal alloys and ceramics using standard MIM powders, with a 30-minute material changeover. The powder-free, paste-based process means hands-free post-processing and low energy consumption in a standard industrial environment.

Dominant System
The Dominant System is Tritone’s high-volume industrial metal additive manufacturing platform. Designed for serial production, it runs 6 simultaneous and independent build trays with a total build volume of 70,000 cc and each tray measuring 400 x 240 x 120 mm. The machine delivers part density greater than 99%, real-time AI analysis with auto-correction, and handles part sizes ranging from 0.2mm up to 350mm. Like the DIM System, it runs on a powder-free, paste-based feedstock supporting metal alloys and ceramics, with the same 30-minute material changeover. Built for the thousandth part to be identical to the first.
