Curriculum Location For Instructors and Students

In this guide we will show instructors and students how to access their SOLIDWORKS Curriculum step by step.

Instructors Curriculum

Quick Note: You do need internet access to download the curriculum!

  1. Open SOLIDWORKS Education Edition 2019-2020. Select the “Help” tab and then the “Instructors Curriculum” tab.

2. Select which specific curriculum you’d like to download to view.

Note: Only customers who have a currently active subscription can access the two available items for the premium curriculum, which includes “Fundamentals of 3D Design and Simulation” and the “Fundamentals of SOLIDWORKS Electrical” as seen above.

3. To download the visible curriculum, select the “Download” link. Once the following page has loaded, select the highlighted “Customer Portal” link.

4. Login to the Customer Portal by entering your email and associated password.

5. After you successfully login, you will be presented with the following web page. From here, choose the curriculum(s) you’d like to download from the “Download” section. There are links in the model files available in the downloaded PDFs.

Students Curriculum

Quick Note: You do need internet access to download the curriculum!

There are two options for finding the Student Curriculum within SOLIDWORKS.

  1. From the “Design Library” select “SOLIDWORKS Content”, expand “SOLIDWORKS Curriculum”, then expand the Curriculum for the current year and finally select a zip file to download.

2. Go to the SOLIDWORKS Help Menu and select “Student Curriculum”.
